The Ideal Candidate Profile

The primary impact Water Stone has is working with next generation business leaders. We focus on advancing professionals who are poised to take the reigns as C-Level executives and/or CEO’s in the coming years.  Candidates for our Coaching & Mentorship program will typically be:


  • Positioned - Next generation Senior Leaders, Successors, and young CEO’s
  • Humble - Coachable and willing to consider new approaches
  • Hungry - Target age range 25 to 45 with a 10+ year career horizon
  • Smart - Track record of personal and/or professional success
