Our first point of contact, as well as the ongoing client relationship, is with company CEO's and Business Owners at Sponsoring Companies. Clients hand select aspiring Leader candidates from within their organizations for inclusion in our program. We work with companies of all sizes in the greater Kansas City area where the leader at the top is ready to make the extra investment in his/her leadership team's growth, capabilities, and effectiveness.
